Accuracy and data

• check claims against primary sources;
• verify links manually;
• do not submit confidential or unnecessary personal data to external models;
• record material use in the internal editorial record.

Responsibility and language

The assigned person and publisher—not the tool—remain responsible for published material. A public review label is used only when the review occurred.
