Editorial standards
Editorial policy
Responsibility, sourcing, corrections, funding, and conflicts of interest.
Effective: 6 August 2026
Version: 2026-08-06
Last review: 6 August 2026
Publisher and independence
The publisher is Wicsora LLC (convenience translation). Editorial decisions are kept separate from commercial interests. The project does not represent the Bank of Russia or government.
Verification
- prefer the officially published act;
- state the document stage and verification date;
- separate fact from analysis;
- link the precise primary source;
- publish only after the assigned workflow checks.
Authors and reviewers
Only an actually assigned author or reviewer is displayed. ‘DigitalRUR Editorial Team’ is an institutional byline, not the name of a lawyer. Workflow legal verification means editorial checking of status and sources, not individual legal advice.
Corrections and complaints
Material errors receive a visible correction note; technical edits that do not change meaning may be made without a record. A useful complaint includes the URL, disputed passage, and supporting source.
Commercial content and language
At this version date the project publishes no hidden advertising, paid rankings, or affiliate recommendations. Any future format must be clearly labelled and separated from independent material; relevant conflicts are disclosed.
The Russian text controls; this English translation is for convenience.
Funding and independence
At this version date the project is funded and published by ООО «Виксора». Future external funding must not grant a sponsor hidden control over conclusions. A material funding source or conflict is disclosed with the relevant content.
Quotation and legal material
A quotation must be proportionate, preserve context, and link its source. A bill is not called a law; passage, approval, signature, publication, and commencement are distinct. The official text takes priority over a summary.
Updates and archive
Content shows publication, update, and source-check dates. A material change receives a correction note. Published revisions and correction reasons remain in the internal audit trail; an external page may change and is not represented as an immutable DigitalRUR archive.
External contributors and guest content
At this version date the project does not openly accept paid articles, uncontrolled guest posts, or affiliate placements. An external expert may contribute only after identity, role, sources, and conflicts are checked; the publisher remains responsible for publication.
Complaints and response priorities
Complaints go to contact@wicsora.ru. Material factual errors and security reports are prioritised. No fixed response time is promised for every enquiry; data-subject requests follow applicable legal timeframes.
Wicsora LLC (convenience translation) is the DigitalRUR operator and publisher. DigitalRUR is not a Bank of Russia or government website.
